About Me
My name is Ruger Carter and I am an Agriculture Science Major with and emphasis in Range Management. I am an avid outdoorsman, and when I am finished with college I hope to be a Range Management Specialist for the Forest Service.
What I Do
I currently work for an online hunting consulting company, goHUNT.com. I also am a wildland fire fighter for the Fishlake National Forest, and I am a volunteer fire fighter for my hometown of Beaver. I am the president of the Southern Utah University's Range and Natural Resource Club, and I represented the club in the SRM Range Cup.
I graduated as the valedictorian of Beaver High School in the 2015 class with an associate degree from Utah State University. I have participated in the Wyoming and Utah Society for Range Management section meetings. In these section meetings I do the Range Cup, Plant I.D Contest, and the Undergraduate Range Management Exam.
